Job Summary
We are looking for a  Senior Computer Aided Drug Design (CADD) Trainer  with a minimum of  5+ years of hands-on industry and training experience  to deliver practical, application-oriented online training sessions. The trainer will help learners build strong fundamentals and real-world skills in molecular modeling, structure-based drug design, ligand-based drug design, molecular docking, and computational chemistry aligned with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online training sessions on Computer Aided Drug Design

• Teach fundamentals of drug discovery process and computational drug design workflows

• Train learners on molecular modeling concepts and structure analysis

• Demonstrate molecular docking and virtual screening techniques

• Teach structure-based and ligand-based drug design approaches

• Explain ADMET prediction and pharmacokinetic analysis basics

• Provide hands-on sessions using tools such as Auto Dock, PyMOL, Schrödinger, and Discovery Studio

• Train learners in protein preparation, ligand preparation, and binding site analysis

• Guide students in molecular dynamics simulation basics

• Conduct live demonstrations and real-time case studies

• Develop structured lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning modules

• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback

• Guide learners in mini-projects or research-oriented case studies

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum  5+ years of hands-on experience  in CADD / Computational Chemistry / Drug Discovery (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of molecular docking, virtual screening, and QSAR techniques

• Experience with CADD software tools (Auto Dock, Schrödinger Suite, PyMOL, Discovery Studio, etc.)

• Understanding of medicinal chemistry and pharmacology basics

• Familiarity with ADMET prediction tools

• Experience in handling protein and ligand databases (PDB, Pub Chem, etc.)

• Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience preferred

• Ability to explain complex biological and computational concepts in simple language

• Comfortable delivering live online sessions

• Reliable internet connection and proper remote training setup
