Curriculum Developer

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced    Curriculum Developer    to design and develop comprehensive, engaging, and effective language training courses specifically tailored for Indian students preparing for global English proficiency exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, CELPIP, and others. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in curriculum design and content development, with a deep understanding of the unique linguistic challenges faced by Indian learners.

This role involves creating exam-aligned course frameworks, instructional materials, and practice resources that enable learners to achieve their desired scores.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's or PhD degree in English, Linguistics, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Additional certification or training in curriculum design, instructional design, or assessment development is an advantage.
Curriculum and Content Development:
Develop comprehensive and engaging English language curricula and educational content, ensuring it aligns with CEFR and other industry standards as per the given requirements.
Content Strategy:
Plan and oversee the development of academic content that enhances language acquisition, from beginner to advanced proficiency levels.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all content, with a particular focus on grammar, contextual functionality, and clarity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the HOD and other stakeholders to align educational materials with departmental goals.
Adaptability to Pedagogy:
Stay updated with emerging teaching methodologies and adapt content to meet modern pedagogical needs.
Assessment Design:
Contribute to designing assessments that effectively evaluate language skills, ensuring alignment with the established learning objectives.
Training and Development:
Mentor junior curriculum developers and offer regular feedback and guidance on best practices and content creation techniques..

Key Requirements:

Experience:

3+  Minimum years of relevant experience in curriculum development,   academic content creation,   or
Language Expertise:  Strong command of English language and knowledge of linguistic challenges unique to Indian learners.

Experience with eLearning :
Familiarity with eLearning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or instructional design tools is a plus.
