IB PYP Coordinator

Location: Rasipuram

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic IB PYP Coordinator to lead the implementation of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) in our school. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the IB PYP framework and a passion for inquiry-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management:
Provide pedagogical leadership and management of the PYP programme, ensuring its effective implementation and ongoing development.
- Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with teachers to develop, implement, and review the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
- Professional Development:
Design and deliver professional development opportunities for teachers, promoting best practices in inquiry-based learning and PYP implementation.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies, ensuring alignment with PYP principles and practices.

Collaboration:

Foster effective communication and collaboration among teachers, parents, and students, promoting a shared understanding of the PYP programme.
- IB Evaluation and Accreditation:
Coordinate the IB evaluation and accreditation process, ensuring the school meets IB standards and requirements.

Requirements
- IB PYP

Experience:

Proven experience as a PYP teacher or coordinator, with a deep understanding of the IB PYP framework.

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching Certification:
Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
- Leadership

Skills:

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teachers.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications
