Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for educators at JK Classes, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. Educators will be responsible for teaching curriculum-focused lessons in their respective subjects, clarifying concepts, and providing personalized mentorship. Additional responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessing student performance, organizing doubt-clearing sessions, and delivering targeted preparation for exams like NEET. Educators will engage in interactive teaching and collaborative curriculum development to maintain the institute’s track record of academic excellence.

Qualifications
Subject matter expertise in Mathematics, Science, and/or Biology
Proficiency in teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and conceptual clarity
Strong skills in mentoring, communication, and personalized student guidance
Experience in preparing students for competitive exams (NEET or similar preferred)
Ability to assess performance, provide feedback, and facilitate interactive sessions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, or related fields; a teaching certification is a plus
Passion for educating and inspiring young minds
