Pre Primary Teacher

Job Purpose

To create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of pre-primary children through age-appropriate pedagogy aligned with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons using play-based and experiential learning methods.
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and motor skill development in young learners.
Create a warm, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and maintain accurate records.
Integrate art, music, storytelling, rhymes, and hands-on activities into daily teaching.
Encourage positive behaviour, values, and independence among children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
Participate in school events, celebrations, trainings, and staff meetings.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the classroom.
Collaborate with colleagues and support school initiatives and culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate with ECC.Ed / Montessori /

D.Ed (Pre-Primary) qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed pre-primary setup preferred.
Freshers with strong passion for early childhood education may also apply.
