Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Lead to lead offline marketing initiatives for our Vidyapeeth centers in Borivali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns, organizing educational seminars, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute offline marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and brand awareness in Borivali.
- Plan and manage ATL activities such as hoardings, radio campaigns, newspaper ads, etc.
- Drive BTL campaigns including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach.
- Organize and manage seminars and workshops in educational institutions, including coordinating with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
- Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and logistics for on-ground events and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Build brand visibility and trust within the local student and parent community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer industry.
- Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars.
- Strong network in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
