Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude/Verbal Trainer at MITE, located in Moodabidri. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering aptitude and verbal training sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing training content, conducting workshops and sessions focusing on logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, and communication skills, and evaluating student progress through tests and performance assessments.

The trainer will also provide guidance to help students enhance their problem-solving abilities and thrive in competitive placement scenarios.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Logical Reasoning, Problem Solving, Quantitative Aptitude, and topics in Verbal Ability.
Experience in offering training for competitive exams such as GRE, CAT, GMAT, or other relevant assessments is beneficial.
Proficiency in English with excellent reading comprehension, sentence correction, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or mentoring students effectively in an educational institute or a corporate setup.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Mathematics, Business, Education, or relevant fields. A teaching certification or experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
Proficiency in curriculum planning and instructional design to meet diverse learning needs.
