Job Summary
The Voice faculty at The Goa Jazz Academy will be responsible for curricular activities such as teaching students , curriculum design and non-curricular activities such as Jam sessions with students, student showcases etc

Key Responsibilities
Pro-actively contribute to the development of the Voice department.
Conduct and organise online /offline classes punctually and rigorously
Coordinate with students and other faculty to ensure school’s operational efficiency
Develop and implement the Voice curriculum.
Participate in Student jams and student showcases

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
Should have 2 years if performance experience
Musical Skills and Competencies
Fluency in music reading/writing
Productivity in teaching materials
Familiarity with Jazz
Personal Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency on on-line learning management platforms
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Creative and innovative thinking

Job Requirements
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events.
Availability to spend working hours on campus outside class time for non-curricular activities and
school-development projects
