The Assistant Professor plays a vital role in the academic and personal development of students. This position combines teaching, mentoring, and academic guidance to help students reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages both academic excellence and personal growth.

1. Teaching and Instruction

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops in your area of expertise.

• Design, develop, and update curriculum materials to meet current academic and industry standards.

• Conduct interactive sessions that promote student learning, critical thinking, and holistic development.

2. Mentorship and Student Support

• Provide academic advising, career counselling, and personal guidance to students.

• Help students define and achieve their academic and professional goals.

• Support students in preparing for internships and career placements.

• Offer resources and assistance to students facing academic or personal challenges.

3. Coordination and Collaboration

• Work closely with the Corporate Relations team to arrange industry expert sessions and guest lectures.

• Collaborate with other departments to plan and organize academic and co-curricular events.

• Support the admissions team during student enrolment, including conducting interviews and evaluations.

4. Leadership and Institutional Development

• Actively participate in initiatives that promote student success and institutional growth.

• Represent AIMER Business School at academic events, conferences, and outreach programs.

5. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback on performance.

• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development programs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies and quality standards.

&

• MBA in a related field (PhD preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of combined academic and industry experience.

• Proven experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic advising.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to inspire and motivate students.

• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
