Position: Program Head – Pegasus Wellbeing Club (PWC)
Location: Saint Thomas Mount

Pegasus is building something rare in early childhood education.

The  Pegasus Wellbeing Club (PWC)  is a structured, screen-free, after-school enrichment programme designed to help children develop focus, creativity, emotional balance, and thinking skills—using books, play, and guided experiences.

We are now looking for a  Program Head  to own this end-to-end.
This is  not a teaching role .
This is  not a content-only role .
This is a  programme ownership role .

What You Will Own  Design and own the  PWC methodology  and learning framework
Build  8–12 week modular programmes  that schools can adopt and repeat
Create  teacher guides, session plans, and training systems
Curate and map the  right Pegasus product mix  to each module
Ensure  consistent programme delivery  across schools and teachers
Set up  quality audits, outcome tracking, and feedback loops
Oversee teachers deployed by Pegasus where applicable
