About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, warm, and highly organized  Female Music School Manager  to oversee the day-to-day operations of our music school. This role requires strong experience in  handling parents and children , ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all students.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in  Spanish, Russian, and English , with excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills. Prior experience in a  music school, education institute, or kids-focused academy  is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the music school smoothly and efficiently
Serve as the  primary point of contact for parents , professionally addressing concerns, feedback, and queries
Interact with  children of different age groups  in a friendly, patient, and caring manner
Coordinate closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth class execution
Manage student admissions, enrollments, renewals, and scheduling
Maintain high standards of teaching quality, student engagement, and parent satisfaction
Monitor staff attendance, performance, and overall coordination
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and support student retention initiatives
Oversee class timetables, room allocations, events, recitals, and workshops
Maintain operational reports related to students, revenue, attendance, and performance
Support marketing activities, promotions, demo classes, and open house events
Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety standards, and local regulations

Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate only
Fluency in  Spanish, Russian, and English  (mandatory)
Proven experience as a  School Manager, Academic Coordinator, or Center Manager
Strong experience in  handling parents and children  in an educational or training environment
Background in  music school / education institute / kids academy / training center  preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills
Strong leadership and people-management abilities
Patient, empathetic, organized, and customer-focused personality
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
UAE experience is an added advantage
