Role Description

The Senior Admissions Counselor will oversee the admissions process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families. Responsibilities include conducting consultations and interviews, assisting families in understanding admission procedures, offering guidance on program offerings, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional support to families throughout the admissions process
Experience or skills in Sales, with the ability to effectively promote the school's programs and offerings
Background or knowledge in Education, with an understanding of academic programs and school environments
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in education, communications, business, or a related field
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or a similar feild is preferred
