Role Description
Flytech Aviation is seeking a full-time or part-time AME Instructor to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The AME Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to aircraft maintenance engineering students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and hands-on training, assessing student performance, and ensuring compliance with DGCA standards. The instructor will also contribute to curriculum development, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, and provide mentorship to students.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with experience in both theoretical instruction and practical training.
Proficiency in technical subjects related to aviation, including systems, operations, and maintenance.
Knowledge of DGCA regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills to effectively guide and support students.
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant AME licensing and certifications as per DGCA guidelines. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
