Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PTE Trainer located in Kaithal. The PTE Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions to prepare students for the PTE (Pearson Test of English) exam. This includes designing course content, creating practice materials, delivering engaging lectures, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and achieve their desired scores.

Additional responsibilities may include developing new teaching strategies and staying updated on the latest PTE exam patterns and requirements.
Qualifications
Expertise in English language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Strong knowledge of PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and test strategies.
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills to engage and motivate students.
Proficiency in curriculum development and the ability to create effective learning materials and strategies.

Experience with student assessment and personalized feedback to support individual learning needs.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
Relevant experience in teaching or training for language proficiency exams is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field is an asset.
