Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Namakkal for a Center of Excellence (CoE) Technical Trainer cum Mentor. The role involves delivering high-quality technical training, developing training materials, mentoring students, and facilitating their technical and professional growth. The trainer will also collaborate with academic and industries to design effective training programs and ensure students' readiness for industry roles. Regular reporting, feedback, and involvement in curriculum improvement will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
Essential Qualification :
B.E. /

B.Tech in the relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification :
M.E. / M.Tech in the relevant specialization with demonstrated hands-on experience in laboratory, project mentoring, or industry-oriented training related to the CoE domain.
Strong expertise as a Technical Trainer with specialized knowledge in technical instruction and training methods.
Proven experience in Training & Development, with the ability to design and deliver impactful technical training programs.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and faculty, and convey complex topics in an understandable manner.
Proficiency in mentoring and fostering skill development among students.
Relevant technical certifications and a background in engineering or technology education is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage training schedules and documentation effectively.
