Location: Sangrūr

Urgent opening for Admission Counsellor in CBSE School @ Sangrur Punjab.

Experience:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, front-office, customer handling, or
related roles (school experience preferred)
Experience in managing enquiries, leads, and admission processes
Familiarity with school systems, admission procedures, and parent interactions

Educational

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Education, Communication,
or Management)
Additional certification in counseling, communication, or customer relations is an advantage

Skills &

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing ability and pleasant personality
Ability to handle walk-in enquiries, telephonic calls, and online leads effectively
Good presentation skills and confidence in interacting with parents
Proficiency in data handling, record maintenance, and follow-up procedures
Basic knowledge of MS Office, school ERP/CRM systems
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
Ability to explain school programs, facilities, and policies clearly
