Job Summary  SLBS Marklance is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Oil & Gas Faculty member to train students in core technical concepts related to the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, effective teaching abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical education.

Key Responsibilities   Deliver classroom/lab training sessions on Oil & Gas fundamentals, safety, industrial operations, equipment, and related technical subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, presentations, and assessments.
Guide students through practical demonstrations, assignments, and project work.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training quality and adherence to academic standards.
Stay updated with industry developments, tools, and technologies.
Support academic coordination, curriculum upgrades, and student mentoring.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and skill-development activities.
Required Qualification    

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering  (mandatory).
Experience   Minimum  1 year of teaching experience  in a technical or Oil & Gas training environment.
Additional industry experience (preferred but not required).
Skills & Competencies   Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas systems, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
Proficiency with training tools, digital content creation, and modern teaching methods.
Strong commitment to student success and skill development.
