Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused  Education Counsellors  who are passionate about helping learners achieve their overseas education goals. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about study-abroad opportunities in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Explain courses, universities, admission requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and career prospects.
Guide students throughout the entire process:
University shortlisting
Application filing
Documentation
Visa guidance
Pre-departure support
Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
Maintain follow-up communication and convert inquiries into admissions.
Update and maintain student records in CRM tools.
Participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events.
Stay updated on global education trends and university requirements.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. (Not Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening ability and student-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and handle student queries confidently.

Preferred (open to freshers)

1–2 years of experience in study-abroad counselling, admissions, customer service, or ed-tech.
Knowledge of test prep (IELTS, GRE, TOEFL) is a plus.
