Job Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor with experience in Cambridge / International Curriculum schools. The role involves managing the complete admissions lifecycle, engaging with prospective parents, conducting school tours, and ensuring smooth conversions aligned with yearly admission targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of international schooling frameworks, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities Parent Engagement & Counselling
Counsel parents and students on the school's Cambridge / International curriculum , academic pathways, and co-curricular offerings.
Conduct campus tours, virtual sessions, and one-on-one counseling meetings.
Provide clear and accurate information about admission processes, fee structure, and school policies.
Lead Management & Conversions
Manage inquiries through calls, walk-ins, email, and digital platforms.
Maintain high conversion rates by nurturing leads and following up systematically.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets .
Admission Process Coordination
Handle the complete admission workflow — application screening, documentation, assessments, and registration.
Coordinate with academic teams for entrance interactions or evaluations.
Ensure accurate data entry and record management in the CRM/admission system.
Events & Outreach
Support in organizing open houses, parent orientation programs, and marketing events.
Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Maintain compliance with the school's admission policies and international curriculum guidelines.
Candidate Profile Education
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in admissions with Cambridge/International schools .
Strong familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) framework preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Strong parent-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Professional grooming and a customer-centric attitude.
