Location: Bhayandar
Role & Responsibilities
Work with headmasters, teachers, students (Grades 1–8), and parents/community (25% focus each).
Teach spoken English (secondary level), conduct remedial classes, and use LMS/tech tools for learning.
Support teachers with pedagogy, classroom practices, workshops, and mindset change.
Observe sessions, identify gaps, and build Professional Learning Communities across schools.
Maintain reports, data, and attend reviews/meetings.
Engage with parents & community through workshops and awareness sessions.
Assist in School Development Plans (SDP) and participate in training/self-learning.
Candidate Profile
Education:
D.Ed/B.Ed/M.Ed + Graduate/Postgraduate.
Experience:
5+ years teaching.
Age: 28+ years.
Languages:
Marathi, English, Hindi.
Work Hours:
8 hrs/day, 6 days/week (2 Saturdays off + Sundays).
Open to working in challenging community contexts.
