We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performance across centres.

Role

Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.
Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.
Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.
Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.

Qualifications And Skills

0-3 years of work experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operations context).
Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
