What You Will Do
Strategic Planning & Content Leadership
Define and execute content strategies aligned to business goals (pipeline acceleration, thought leadership, product launches, marketplace visibility).
Build and manage a content calendar that balances evergreen, campaign, and product-driven content.
Develop narratives that bring Darwinbox's product vision, customer stories, and HR insights to life.
Content Creation & Execution
Lead creation of multi-format assets including:
Long-form: blogs, eBooks, reports, whitepapers, guides
Mid-form: case studies, briefs, press releases
Short-form: social media, newsletters, email content
Video scripts and multimedia content
Translate complex product features into value-led content tailored to HR leaders, CHROs, and enterprise buyers.
Partner with designers and multimedia teams to create visually engaging content.
Research & Thought Leadership
Conduct research on HR trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform content themes.
Work with internal SMEs to produce authoritative, data-driven content.
Stay ahead of industry shifts (GenAI, skill-based practices, talent platforms) and embed timely insights in content.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize all content for search and discoverability.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot to evaluate performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, GTM leads, and Regional Marketing to align content with campaigns, launches, and revenue goals.
Influence without authority: drive alignment on messaging and timelines across teams.
Global Perspective
Adapt content strategies and messaging to suit cultural and market differences across India, SEA, MENA, U.K., and North America.
Tailor content for diverse audiences while maintaining consistent brand voice and value articulation.
Who Should Apply
Has 5–7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within SaaS or HR tech.
Excels in multi-format content creation with a strong portfolio that demonstrates depth, clarity, and impact.
Thinks strategically to define reasons for why and what to publish, with a business lens.
Writes with authority and empathy for buyers, practitioners, and senior audiences.
Is metrics-driven and comfortable with setting, tracking, and optimizing against KPIs.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and navigates ambiguity.
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities with rigor.
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years in content marketing for B2B / SaaS (HR tech experience is a plus).
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Experience with content calendars, editorial planning, and project workflows.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance analytics.
Strong understanding of buyer personas, content funnels, and GTM alignment.
