Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for an Overseas Education Tele Counselor. The role primarily involves providing guidance to students and professionals on study abroad opportunities, recommending suitable courses and universities based on client aspirations, and assisting with the application and admission processes. Responsibilities include following up with prospective clients, maintaining records of interactions, staying updated about international education trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to address queries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
Ability to analyze and research study abroad options, including universities, courses, and requirements
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and interactions efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Experience in the education or counseling industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is a plus
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and support diverse client needs
