Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English for Grades 11th and 12th

Description   We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our team and teach grades 11 and 12. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, along with the ability to engage and inspire students. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Responsibilities    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for English language and literature for grades 11 and 12.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.
Conduct extra-curricular activities that promote language skills and literature appreciation.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the curriculum and student experience.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in education.

Skills and Qualifications    Master's degree in English or a related field.
Strong command of English language and literature, including grammar, composition, and critical analysis.
Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of curriculum standards and assessment practices.
