Biology Teacher

Description   We are seeking an experienced Biology Teacher to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in biological sciences. This role involves creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student engagement and promotes a deep understanding of biology.

Responsibilities    Develop and implement engaging biology lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to enhance student learning.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students to enhance their understanding of biological concepts.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in biology and educational techniques.
Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
5-7 years of teaching experience out of which minimum 2 years in IGCSE, AS and A level.
International experience will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of biology concepts, theories, and applications.
Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
Ability to create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment.
Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
