Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor/Manager - Abroad Education based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include counseling students on study abroad opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding them through the application process. The individual will provide expert advice on university selection and admission requirements, evaluate student profiles, coordinate with universities and other stakeholders, and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Additionally, the role involves engaging in consistent communication and staying updated with admission trends and processes.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
Knowledge of education systems, admissions processes, and procedures for international universities
Project management and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools, along with an aptitude for digital communication platforms
Experience in abroad education consulting or counseling is preferred
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong client relationships
