Hyderabad
Working days:  6 days a week

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
1 to 4 years of experience in recording tech-based video content or delivering technical lectures
Strong grasp of programming fundamentals, data structure, MERN, GenAI, AI/ML and data analytics.
Prior experience in a tech or edtech environment is preferred
Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a demonstrated commitment to student success
Strong alignment with Nxt Wave's vision, mission, and learner-first philosophy

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Delivery:  Record high-quality video lectures on software development, Data Structure, MERN, GenAI, AIML and data analytics using clear, beginner-friendly teaching methods that meet industry and academic standards
Curriculum Design &

Collaboration:

Work with curriculum and content teams to structure modules, ensure conceptual clarity, and translate complex technical concepts into accessible, real-world explanations for learners at all levels
Quality Ownership & Iteration:  Take full responsibility for content accuracy, quality, and delivery while continuously improving based on feedback, learner performance data, and team input through active participation in planning, reviews, and QA processes
Professional Development:  Pursue continuous growth in both pedagogical approaches and modern software development practices to enhance teaching effectiveness and technical expertise

What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise & AI Specialization:  Proficiency in Python, SQL, MERN stack, Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and DBMS. Also good to have hands-on experience with GenAI, AI/ML, workflow automation, AI agents, MCP servers and able to use Lovable Dev, Altan AI & Cursor AI
Communication & Content Creation:  Professional English fluency with strong on-camera presentation skills; ability to create engaging, accurate educational content using Google Sheets, Slides, and Microsoft 365
Adaptability & Learning Agility:  Flexibility to teach diverse subjects, deliver online/offline instruction, adopt new platforms quickly, and stay current with emerging technologies
Interpersonal

Skills:

Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative approach to working with teams and diverse learners

We'd Love If You Have:
Advanced Technical Knowledge:  Familiarity with Quantum Computing principles, quantum engineering, Git, version control systems, and Agile/Sprint workflows; deep understanding of GenAI, AI Agents, and Full Stack development best practices
Pedagogical Flexibility:  Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and proactively address instructional challenges with creative problem-solving
Growth Mindset:  Open to constructive feedback, committed to continuous improvement, and driven to deliver exceptional teaching outcomes with strong ownership and initiative
