Counselor, Guidance Counselor: Social​/Educational, Education ​/ Teaching

Location: Panāji Muwara

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counselor to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
Provide expert counseling services to students, parents, and educational institutions.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to promote student well-being and academic success.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other professionals to identify and address student needs.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various topics related to education and mental health.
Maintain accurate records and reports of counseling sessions and student progress.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in counseling and education.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a counselor or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Familiarity with educational systems and policies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
