Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement    Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding academic performance and development.
Maintain transparent and professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
Professional Responsibilities    Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and lesson plans.
Stay updated with educational trends, teaching tools, and curriculum updates.
Support school events, co-curricular activities, and departmental initiatives.
