engaging live classes, recorded sessions, and personalized mentorship.
As part of our expanding German Language Program, we are seeking a highly self-driven and
passionate German Mentor to lead academic and operational initiatives in the Telangana
region.

Role Overview
The German Mentor – Telangana will serve as the academic and operational point of contact
for all German language initiatives in the region. This role combines teaching excellence with
academic management responsibilities to ensure high learner satisfaction, operational
efficiency, and strong mentor engagement — until a content partner is onboarded.

Key Responsibilities
1. Mentor Management & Quality Monitoring

● Oversee mentor performance and class quality, ensuring adherence to Entri's
academic standards.

● Conduct periodic class observations and provide constructive feedback to mentors.

● Identify, schedule, and conduct interviews for freelance mentors until a content
partner is finalized.
2. Batch Operations & Continuity

● Handle A1–B2 batches directly when required to maintain continuity and learner
engagement, until content partners or freelance mentors are onboarded.

● Manage live class links, app-related class operations, and batch creation
workflows efficiently.

● Ensure uninterrupted class delivery and smooth learner transition during mentor
changes or onboarding phases.
3. Learner Impact & Data Tracking

● Monitor learner progress, attendance, engagement, and performance data to ensure
measurable academic impact.

● Maintain accountability for learner outcomes and batch-level performance metrics.
4. Outreach & Representation

● Conduct webinars, demo sessions, and promotional live classes to enhance
awareness of the German Program in Telangana.

● Represent Entri's German vertical on social media and regional platforms, driving
community engagement and visibility.
5. Collaboration & Regional Coordination

● Work closely with the Student Relationship Coordinator (SRC) and Course
Coordinator for smooth learner operations and support.

● Take ownership of region-specific programs such as Nurses' Courses, Engineers'
Courses, or other Telangana-based offerings.

● If Entri plans to build an in-house German training team, the mentor should actively
contribute to team recruitment, structure design, and onboarding.
6. Regional Academic Ownership

● Act as the primary liaison between Entri and the content partners in Telangana for
the German Program.

● Ensure seamless coordination and communication across mentors, learners, and
operational teams to maintain academic quality and learner engagement.
