Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Anekal for an Aptitude Trainer. The individual will be responsible for conducting and facilitating training sessions on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and verbal skills to equip students with the skills necessary for job readiness and competitive assessments. The trainer will design curriculum plans, prepare relevant study materials, conduct regular evaluations, and mentor students to achieve their career goals.

The role involves working closely with a dynamic team to ensure high-quality training delivery and excellence.
Qualifications
Expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and problem-solving techniques
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and mentoring
Experience in curriculum planning, content creation, and training methodologies
Passion for teaching and the ability to motivate and inspire students
Prior experience in training/coaching roles or aptitude teaching is preferred
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of diverse learners
Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to deliver engaging sessions
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training or education is a plus
