Position Overview

Kanakia International School, Mira Road, is looking for a qualified and passionate  Physics & Mathematics Teacher  for  Grades 8 to 10 (ICSE) . The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for ICSE board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Physics and Mathematics to students of Grades 8 to 10 as per ICSE curriculum
Plan and deliver structured, engaging, and concept-based lessons
Prepare students for ICSE assessments, internal exams, and board examinations
Design worksheets, assignments, practical explanations, and problem-solving activities
Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records
Provide academic support and guidance to students as required
Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities

Eligibility & Qualifications

Master degree in Physics / Mathematics or related field
B.Ed mandatory
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (ICSE experience preferred)
Strong command over subject matter and ICSE exam pattern
Good communication skills in Englis
