Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Faculty will be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring students in various digital marketing concepts. The role requires delivering industry-relevant knowledge while supporting students' academic and career growth. Only candidates from Kerala preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Curriculum Development
Deliver lectures and practical sessions on digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments in line with industry trends
Ensure practical, hands-on learning through projects and case studies
2. Student Mentorship & Evaluation
Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects
Guide students on career paths, industry expectations, and skill development
Provide constructive feedback and continuous academic support
3. Research & Industry Engagement
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
Incorporate real-time industry practices into the curriculum
Participate in research, content creation, or knowledge-sharing initiatives as required

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Analytics tools
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads platforms, and social media tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage

Salary / Compensation:
CTC:  Up to  ₹2,64,000 per annum
