Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Faculty member located in Anekal. The English Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in topics related to English and literature. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons, designing and developing curriculum, conducting assessments, and tailoring content to enhance students' communication and language proficiency. The faculty will play a pivotal role in preparing students for placement opportunities by fostering their language and analytical skills.

Qualifications
Proficient in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
Knowledgeable in Curriculum Development and instructional material preparation
Strong background in Literature and English Literature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Laptop is mandatory.
A Master's degree or higher (preferably NET/SET qualified or a Ph.D. in English)
Prior teaching experience in higher education or training institutions is preferred
