Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor with experience of 1-2 years at our Noida office. The role entails providing academic and career counseling to students, aiding them in identifying and achieving their educational goals. The Educational Counselor will work closely with students to assess their interests, strengths, and ambitions, facilitate personalized career guidance, and offer support throughout their academic journey.

Responsibilities include hosting workshops, offering one-on-one counseling sessions, and collaborating with faculty to create student-centric developmental plans.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Proficiency in Career Counseling and a deep understanding of education systems
Excellent Communication skills for building trust and establishing successful interactions
Ability to inspire and motivate students while guiding them through challenges
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a relevant field
Experience in a similar role within an academic setting is preferred
