Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through their academic pathways, assisting with course selection, and providing career counseling. They will offer personalized academic advising and support to help students achieve their educational and career goals. The role also requires frequent communication with students and their parents and contributing to their overall academic success.

Qualifications

Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively.
Proficiency in Communication to engage with students and families and address their needs.
Expertise in Academic Advising and Education to support students' academic and career progress.
Proven ability to build rapport with students and parents and foster a supportive environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required; advanced certification in Counseling is a plus.
