Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Hyderabad. The Academic Counsellor will engage directly with students and parents to provide guidance on academic pathways, offer tailored educational solutions, and address inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include assessing students' needs, recommending appropriate courses, managing enrollments, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and support. The role also involves collaborating with educators and administrative teams to ensure a seamless learning journey for students.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent counseling and guidance skills to assess and meet student needs
Ability to explain academic options and provide tailored course recommendations
Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Knowledge of educational curriculum, career pathways, and industry trends is an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and data management systems
Experience in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related disciplines
