Shoolini Business School is growing and is looking for talented academics and industry practitioners (with a PhD) for the position of  Associate / Assistant Professor, AI & Analytics . The role demands a strong academic background, demonstrated excellence in teaching and research, and leadership in academic innovation. Prior industry exposure and experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses will be considered strong assets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of management courses related to general management & relevant specialisation in alignment with  NEP 2020 ,  AACSB , and  NBA  standards.
Teach and mentor students across  undergraduate (BBA)  and  postgraduate (MBA)  programs, ensuring  outcome-based learning  and practical relevance.
Supervise  student research projects, internships, and industry immersions .
Support faculty development through mentoring, peer learning, and innovative pedagogical initiatives.
Program & Curriculum Development
Contribute to  curriculum innovation , program design, and integration of  industry-led modules .
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance course quality, relevance, and learner experience.
Ensure regular review of learning outcomes, CO–PO mapping, and attainment analysis for accreditation and quality assurance.
Research & Scholarly Contribution
Engage in high-quality research leading to publications in  Scopus/ABDC/UGC-Care indexed journals .
Mentor students and junior faculty in research methodology and academic writing.
Pursue  research grants, consultancy assignments, and collaborative projects .

Industry & Institutional Engagement
Foster partnerships for  guest lectures, internships, live projects, and executive learning programs .
Contribute to institutional initiatives such as  Societal Impact Projects, SPRINT, and Global Immersion Programs .
Represent Shoolini Business School at  national and international academic and industry forums .

Qualifications:

Must have taught in a reputed Business School in India or globally
Must be tech-savvy with hands-on ability to use AI, MS Office, & Statistical tools.
PhD in Management  or a closely related discipline (mandatory).
MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree  from a reputed institution.
Minimum  15 years of total academic experience ,
Assistant professor with at least  5 years of teaching at the undergraduate & postgraduate level
Associate Professor with at least  8 years of teaching at the undergraduate & postgraduate level
Industry experience  (corporate, consulting, AI & Analytics) preferred.
Demonstrated record of  research publications, academic leadership, and curriculum innovation .
