Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shadow Teacher located in Hyderabad. The Shadow Teacher will provide individualized support to children with learning differences or behavioral challenges within a classroom setting. Responsibilities include assisting the child in understanding lessons, focusing on activities, developing social and communication skills, and ensuring a comfortable learning environment. Collaboration with teachers and parents to monitor and report the child's progress is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of child development, special education needs, and inclusive learning methods
Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with neurodiverse children
Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to support the child's educational and emotional growth
Background in psychology, special education, or related fields is an advantage
Previous experience in supporting children with special or behavioral needs is beneficial
