Role Summary
The Outreach Officer will be responsible for strengthening CVV's presence across Chinmaya Vidyalaya's and other reputed schools across India. The role focuses on building long-term institutional relationships, promoting CVV's academic programs, and supporting student outreach initiatives to enhance enrolments.
This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and alignment with Chinmaya values.

Key Responsibilities
School & Institutional Outreach
Plan and execute pan-India outreach visits to Chinmaya Vidyalaya's and other schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Career Counsellors, Trustees, and Academic Coordinators.
Act as the primary liaison between CVV and Chinmaya Vidyalaya managements for student outreach activities.
Promotion of CVV Programs
Present CVV's UG, PG, Integrated, and Research programs to students, parents, and school authorities.
Conduct career guidance sessions, university presentations, workshops, and orientation programs.
Clearly communicate CVV's academic philosophy, curriculum structure, campus life, scholarships, and career pathways.
Event Coordination & Engagement
Coordinate CVV's participation in school career fairs, education expos, and Chinmaya trust events.
Support organisation of campus visits, student immersion programs, and summer/winter schools.
Assist in executing outreach initiatives aligned with Chinmaya Mission activities.
Admissions Support
Generate qualified leads from outreach activities and ensure timely follow-up with the admissions team.
Guide students on the admission process, eligibility criteria, application timelines, and entrance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of school visits, student interactions, and outreach outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular outreach reports, visit summaries, and lead conversion analysis.
Share market and student feedback with the admissions and academic teams.
Maintain a database of schools, key contacts, and engagement history.

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Experience
2–5 years of experience in school outreach, admissions, education sales, or institutional partnerships.
Prior exposure to Chinmaya institutions, education trusts, or value-based education systems will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Organised, proactive, and result oriented.
Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office/Google Workspace.
