Position: Abroad Education Specialist (USA, Canada, UK, Australia)
Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Abroad Education Specialist to guide students from Hyderabad on their journey to universities in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. This role is perfect for someone who loves counseling young people, understands global education pathways, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.​

On-site, Kothapet, Hyderabad (No Remote)

Experience:

3–5 years in study abroad / overseas education counseling
No. of Positions: 2
Destinations: USA, Canada, UK, Australia

You will work from our Kothapet, Hyderabad office, meeting students and parents in person and helping them make confident decisions about their overseas education plans. Prior experience handling applications and visas for at least two of these destinations is required.​

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on study options, course selection, and universities in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia, based on academic profile and career goals.​

Manage end-to-end admissions: shortlisting universities, application filing, documentation, test requirements, and follow-up with institutions.​

Guide students on student visa processes, checklists, and interview preparation for target countries.​

Conduct engaging seminars, webinars, and on-campus/office events to attract and inform prospective students in a youth-friendly way.​

Maintain updated knowledge of intakes, admission requirements, scholarships, and post-study work options for USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.​

Use CRM or student management tools to track leads, applications, offers, and visa outcomes, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.​

Coordinate with university representatives and partner institutions for trainings, updates, and student conversions.​

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline; education, business, or related fields preferred).​

3–5 years of proven experience as Study Abroad Counsellor / Overseas Education Counselor / International Education Consultant.​

Strong knowledge of at least two major destinations (USA, Canada, UK, Australia); familiarity with admission and visa requirements, intakes, and basic scholarship options.​

Excellent English communication skills; confident in one-on-one counseling and small group sessions with students.​

Youthful, approachable attitude with the ability to connect with students (UG and PG aspirants) and build trust.​

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with targets and timelines.​
