Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi. The Overseas Student Counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students seeking to study abroad. Daily tasks include offering career and educational counseling, assisting with course and university selection, managing application processes, and providing support for visa applications. Additional responsibilities include customer service, helping with travel and accommodation arrangements, and conducting IELTS coaching sessions.

Qualifications
Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in the Overseas Education sector
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in handling international student queries
Bachelor's degree in in any field
Experience in overseas education counseling is a plus
