Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an English Educator located in Rajkot. The English Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching English language and literature, assessing student progress, and fostering effective classroom communication. The role also includes encouraging student development, providing mentorship, and participating in training sessions and educational activities as part of the wider TGES community.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to create and deliver structured and innovative learning experiences
Proficiency in Teaching and Training to mentor and guide students effectively
Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues clearly and inspiringly
A relevant qualification in Education, English, or a related field
Prior experience as an English educator is highly desirable
A passion for shaping young minds and fostering a positive learning environment
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall educational mission of TGES
