Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide and assist parents throughout the school admission process, provide personalized counseling using empathy and clarity, and respond to inquiries effectively. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with parents, handling admission-related queries, offering school recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and positive counseling experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
B2C sales
Experience or knowledge in Sales and guiding clients or customers
Understanding of the Education sector and admission processes
Ability to analyze and recommend tailored educational options
Proficiency in using technology and CRM platforms
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting parents
