Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in  Noida  for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will work closely with students to guide them in making informed academic and career decisions. Key responsibilities include providing educational consulting, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, offering career advice, and assisting students in developing effective academic and professional strategies. The counselor will also engage with students to address their challenges and nurture their potential for academic and personal success.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related fields to guide academic and institutional goals.
2-4 years experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored support to individuals pursuing their academic and professional paths.
Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to build rapport with students, demonstrate empathy, and provide motivational guidance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Familiarity with current trends in education and career development is a plus.
