Role Description

This full-time Senior Academic Consultant role is on-site, located in Erattupetta. The consultant will work closely with students, assisting them in selecting universities, courses, and study destinations that align with their aspirations. Responsibilities include providing personalized education counseling, supporting students through the application process, offering guidance on visa and financial requirements, and ensuring their smooth transition to life abroad. Additionally, the role involves delivering coaching sessions, consulting students on career opportunities, and promoting the services of Aspirant Wave to build long-lasting trust and relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal interactions, capable of building relationships with students and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Education counseling and an understanding of international education systems and processes.
Experience in Consulting and Coaching, providing personalized guidance and mentoring to students.
Proven abilities in Sales, promoting services and managing inquiries effectively to support student enrollment.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of visa processes, admissions requirements, or global educational trends is a plus.
A background in counseling, education, or related fields is preferred with a degree in Education, Counseling, or a related discipline.
