About the Role
Chandigarh University is seeking dynamic, motivated, and student-focused  Admission Counselors / Tele-Counselors  to join our Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in  EdTech, Education Counseling, or University Admissions , along with strong communication and sales skills. You will play a key role in guiding students and helping them make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Make  cold calls ,  inbound , and  outbound  calls to prospective students.
Counsel students on  courses, programs, eligibility, and admission processes .
Achieve  daily, weekly, and monthly  sales & admissions targets.
Manage, follow up, and convert  leads  efficiently.
Maintain accurate student details and follow-up status in the  CRM system .
Provide clear information and resolve student/parent queries.
Participate in  training programs , team meetings, and admission events.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum  1 year of experience  in EdTech / Education / University Admissions.
Excellent  spoken communication skills  and confident telephone presence.
Strong  sales mindset  with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Comfortable with  high-volume calling  and lead conversion.
Basic computer knowledge;  CRM experience preferred .
