Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Marketing Leader for targeted market at Dozen Diamonds. The successful candidate will act as a visionary leader, mentor, and advocate, aiming to empower women investors in the financial and investing sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and conducting workshops, webinars, and training modules to educate and inspire women investors about the Stressless Trading Method. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop educational and promotional materials, as well as building and maintaining a strong network and community of women investors globally.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial concepts, investing, trading strategies, and the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower women in the investing community.
Experience in organizing and facilitating webinars, workshops, and public speaking engagements.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement strategies to reach and grow an audience effectively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies for education and engagement of women investors.
Passion for empowering women in finance and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent work
