Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Kochi. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized academic and career counseling to students, guiding them through course and country selection, and offering advice on scholarship opportunities and financial planning. Additional responsibilities include supporting application processes, managing documentation, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with pre-departure preparations.

The role requires close interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure informed decision-making and success in their academic journeys.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with diverse individuals
Knowledge of education systems and academic planning
Prior experience in education consultancy is an advantage
