We are seeking visionary academicians and industry-practitioners for our  BSc in Sports Science  program—a curriculum that lives at the intersection of  Human Performance, Emerging Tech, and Global Management.  The ideal candidate is not a traditional sports instructor but a 'Technocratic Scientist' capable of bridging the gap between classical biomechanics and future-ready AI-driven performance analytics.

We are looking for experts who can lead instruction and research in our  Dual-Specialization Tracks :
Sports Technology &

Innovation:  Expertise in AR/VR training environments, Wearable IoT, and Sports Digital Twins.
Sports Management & AI Analytics:  Focus on Machine Learning for talent scouting, drafting, and fan engagement economics.
Human Performance & Neuro-Optimization:  Mastery of biomechanics, flow-state engineering, and neural-tracking.
Sports Medicine & Regenerative Science:  Knowledge of Sports Genomics, precision nutrition, and injury prediction via AI.
Sports Psychology & Mental Engineering:  Advanced mental conditioning and resilience training using immersive tech.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interdisciplinary Pedagogy:  Deliver a 40% applied-learning curriculum that integrates AI, AR/VR, and Data Analytics into core sports science modules.
Track Leadership:  Mentor students in the 'Dual Specialization Advantage,' helping them synthesize two of the five emerging tracks.
High-Impact Research:  Conduct empirical research in sports genomics, motion capture, or predictive injury science for publication in Q1/Q2 journals.
Industry Interface:  Leverage Woxsen's 60-acre sports arena ('The League') to conduct live immersion labs and industry-linked consultancy projects.
Lab Management:  Oversee the Sports Analytics, Biomechanics, and AI Robotics labs to ensure students gain hands-on proficiency.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Assistant Professor:

Education:

PhD in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related Tech/Science fields from a reputed International or National Institute.

Experience:

0–5 years of teaching/industry experience. Candidates with a strong research pipeline or experience in Sports Tech startups are highly preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Python, R, or AI tools for sports data is a significant advantage.

Associate Professor:

Education:

PhD with a consistently strong academic record.

Experience:

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience, with a proven track record of scholarly publications and successful grant applications.
Leadership:  Experience in curriculum design for interdisciplinary programs and mentoring junior faculty.
